  I went to this place trying to find something new. The place itself was a little outdated and old. It was in a pretty ghetto area which wasn't a huge problem but still something to be cautious of. I got the Ranchero burger and it was alright, it had great spice and flavor but the bun and patty seemed cheaply made. I probably won't be back.

  The food is always a 5star but the wait for a meal is horrible! I waited 18 mins for one meal and there was only one person in front of me. The staff was friendly. Wish they can step up and hire more people

  I often find myself coming to this Bob's burgers because I like the customer service and because I'm usually around the area. Bob's burgers is hands down the best place to get green chili cheese fries from! There is 2 locations (I believe) that use slices of cheese instead of the shredded cheese, so I prefer shredded. The 2 locations I'm aware of, unless they recently changed, that use slices of cheese on their fries is Isleta and Rio Bravo & Central and Atrisco. Anywho, this Bob's location is one of my favorites because I used to come here often and some of their employees remembered my order by heart. Which is funny because I always ordered through their drive thru, so either they were familiar with my car or my voice. I enjoy any time employees can build relationships with their usuals. I, however, don't like their frito pie, but I would still recommend you try it because you might enjoy it. Their taco burgers are also very well known and tasty. The chicken quesadillas are pretty delicious, along with their grilled cheese sandwiches and fried twinkies!

  Yes, we went on Taco Tuesday (which apparently is for Taco Burgers and not actual tacos). However, there is no reason that any drive thru in Albuquerque should take over 45 minutes to get through. This is beyond ridiculous. There were only four cars ahead of us and one of them left out of frustration. At one point we had six cars behind us, lined up all the way into the street, and ALL of them left because of the wait. What's worse is that if you decide to eat inside, the odds are that you be unable to get your car out after due to how the drive thru is set up.
  
  This location has always been horrible. We've had so many issues with them in the past with long waits, wrong orders, and cold food. I've sworn over and over that I will not return. So why am I sitting here now in the world's worst drive thru? Because it's the location closest to our house and Bob's is my husband's favorite comfort food and this has been a hard week.
  
  I'll admit that the chain has killer green chile cheese fries. It's just that this location is so horrendous.

  I was sitting in the drive through last night. I was the last one in line and the young man came across the speaker that her would not be taking any more orders. I could not believe that I was turned away. It was 9 on the dot by the time I got to the speaker to place my order, but as well all know there is always a long wait in the drive through line to get to that speaker let alone to pay and get your order. This was not the first time this happened. But I will say it will be the last. And I will be sure to tell everyone of this lack of service. I think they need to rethink who they hire. If your not taking care of the customers your going to loose your business. I'm sure the teenager at the window could care less. But I as a business owner would like to know my employees are being good to my customers.
